In various formats, these events will take place at your own booth or in a conference room above the exhibition halls. Fraunhofer press tour at the LASER - World of Photonics 2025
When? Wednesday, June25, 2025, 11.a.m.
Where? Hall A2.415
Are you curious about how we are getting closer to technological sovereignty in laser manufacturing components? Want to know which optical components are essential for space missions or high-power diode lasers for laser fusion? Interested in learning how laser processes can be monitored acoustically in real time? You can find out all this and much more at the Fraunhofer presentation during the LASER World of PHOTONICS.
Join us for an exclusive press tour on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at 11 am. Our researchers will provide a compact insight into the highlights of their work focusing on:
- Optics: crystal growth and processing, new high-power laser fibers, a lensless EUV microscope, optical components for space missions, filter-on-chip: spectroscopy directly in the camera chip, versatile control electronics for micromirror arrays, quantum chip with integrated photonic circuits
- Production: laser-based process chain for fast and cost-effective optics production, new solutions for real-time spectroscopy and inline measurement systems, sources and diode lasers for nuclear fusion, acoustics-based monitoring module for real-time evaluation of laser processes
The tour will start in Hall A2, Booth 415 and proceed to the second Fraunhofer main booth in Hall A3.431. Simultaneous interpretation into English will be provided.
